L&T Health and Fitness is an award-winning, women-owned business headquartered in Falls Church, VA. Since 1984, L&T has been a leader in worksite fitness center management, fitness center design and health promotion delivery. Our health promotion services include health fairs, health risk assessments and screenings for clients nationwide. L&T also offers organizations customized fitness instructor training worldwide in partnership with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
