L&T’s chief operating officer, Allison Flatley, was honored with a 2008 President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (PCPFS) Community Leadership Award presented by Melissa Johnson, executive director of the PCPFS, at the May, PCPFS meeting in Washington, DC. The award is presented annually to individuals who improve the lives of individuals within his/her community by providing or enhancing opportunities to engage in sports, physical activities, or fitness-related programs.
