L&T offers the Quick Fit exercise program to reach out to anyone who has 15 minutes to spend on their health every day. The Quick Fit program, created by Richard Bradley, is a simple, 15-minute daily exercise program designed to reach the majority of the US population who are inactive.

Quick Fit is designed to reach everyone not just those who are physically active by encouraging people to get moving, one step at a time, with a simple, daily program of aerobic activity, strengthening and stretching exercises.

Quick Fit fits every lifestyle using exercises that are safe, quick, easy and get results.

Research continues to show that you don’t have to exercise 30 – 60 minutes a day to show improvement.
